Hospice Quality Reporting Program – Reminders & Updates

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently posted a Hospice Quality Reporting Program Reminders and Updates communication.  This update contains reminders of HOPE materials and a link to updated HOPE training videos.  The video training series now includes a section on Quality Measures and FAQs.  Alliance staff are reviewing these and will provide additional information as necessary.
